We are also one of the last and most proficient programmers to be masters of Low Level Programming Languages such as Machine Code. These languages are used for extreme optimization but are seen as too hard for todays programmers to manage individual bits and calculate numerical addresses and constants manually. Almost all programs today are written with higher-level languages like the ones listed above where all that work is done for you. Mr. Eyerman had an article written about him in a major computer magazine when he used machine code to write a program which would re-write itself in the computers memory according to the input received. This was regarded as one of the first artificial intelligence programs ever written.
